Sirf products purchased from Coryene official website ke liye valid hai.

Return request 15 days ke andar submit karna zaroori hai after delivery.

Product unopened, unused, and in original packaging hona chahiye.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare products.

Expired or damaged due to customer mishandling.

4️⃣ Refund Process

Refund sirf original payment method par hota hai.

COD orders ke liye, refund bank transfer ya store credit ke through kiya ja sakta hai.

Refund 3–5 business days mein process ho jata hai after product receive.

5️⃣ Replacement / Exchange

Agar product defective ya wrong item delivered hua, hum replacement / exchange provide karte hain.

6️⃣ Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges customer responsibility hai, unless product defective ho ya wrong item deliver hua ho.
