All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

💳 Payment Method

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive your parcel

  • Online card payment (if available)

  • Standard delivery charges are applied at checkout.

  • Free delivery may be available during promotional campaigns (if applicable).

🚫 Failed Delivery

If a customer is unreachable or refuses to accept the parcel after confirmation, Coryene reserves the right to cancel future Cash on Delivery orders.
